At Alarasi, we take great care in crafting and delivering your jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, they will be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit as applicable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective products that cannot be replaced.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. Please check with your local courier service for assistance.
